Berkshire Family YMCA offers a traveling football league! Your child will learn teamwork, sportsmanship values and the skills and rules of the game in this competitive program. The Y’s teams will play teams from Adams-Cheshire, North Adams, Dalton, Lee, Lanesboro, Pittsfield and Southern Berkshire.
SESSION DATES: Registrations open June 13! Program kicks off August 1.
Divisions
Peewees: Ages 7-9 years old. (Eligibility for 7-year-olds will be based on Coach/Delegate evaluation to be completed by the end of the first week of practice.)
Juniors: Ages 10-11 years old and 12 year olds under 85 lbs., not turning 13 by the end of the calendar year
Seniors: Ages 12-13 years old and 14 year olds in 8th grade, not turning 15 by the end of the calendar year
Additional Information
Birthdate cutoff for players: Aug. 31.
No refunds after the second week of practice.
You must bring your receipt for equipment pickup. New players must present a copy of their birth certificate. Returning players do not need to provide a birth certificate.
