Lynn completed the “Swim around the Rock” (aka around Alcatraz Island) in San Francisco in 2012, finishing 3rd female. In 2013 she completed the “Swim with the Centurions”in the elite field, finishing 14th overall out of field of over 400 swimmers. She has held a national open water swim record in the 2 mile cable relay, and continues to swim and compete for fun in open water swim races throughout the Northeast and beyond. She is a certified level 2 Swim Coach, and loves to teach swimming to anyone who wants to partake in improving their freestyle stroke, in the pool and in the open water, using the Swim Smooth (swimsmooth.com) approach.

Duncan is a US and World Top Ten Master Competitive Swimmer
