Randy Kinnas,
CEO & Executive Director
Randy started with the YMCA in Greenwich, Conn. as the Friday and Saturday night fitness and building coordinator in 1994. Captivated by the YMCA spirit, Randy became the Resident Coordinator, a required in-house YMCA resident position, for two years at a YMCA in Lawrence, Mass. Randy has been with the YMCA for more than 21 years. He has been raised as a YMCA professional and would never become anything else. Randy is a basketball enthusiast and is very passionate about the sport. He enjoys all levels of the game from coaching to sitting back at home and watching a professional or college game.

Earl Persip III,
Operations Director
Earl joined the YMCA in 1995 as a Camp Sumner camp counselor. Earl has also held positions as the Camp Director, School-Age Director and Youth Sports Director, and he is now the Y’s Operations Director overseeing daily operations. Earl enjoys playing basketball, riding his motorcycle, and boating. An avid sports fan, he also enjoys watching baseball, football and basketball.

Rachel Colucci,
Community Development Director                                                     
Rachel joined the YMCA in 2014. She has a Bachelor's degree in human services. She was drawn to the position to help reunite families and give them a positive experience to do so. She enjoys spending time with her family.

Kathy Maloney Champoux,
Accounting Director
Kathy joined the YMCA in 2009, drawn to the position because of her interest to work for a non-profit organization and the proximity to home and her children’s school. Prior to the YMCA, Kathy worked in accounting management for 25 years and was a Controller for 10 years in a Boston real estate management firm. She loves to spend time with her family, exploring new places and trying new restaurants.

Laurie Vanuni,
Childcare Director
Laurie’s career with YMCAs began in 1987 when she joined the Northern Berkshire Branch as a preschool teacher. She became the Childcare Director a few years later. In 2006, she joined the Pittsfield Branch as its Childcare Director. Laurie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in business. She loves to read and spend time with her family.

Jessie Rumlow,
Senior Program Director
Jessie’s first experience with YMCAs was in Wisconsin at the Port Edwards YMCA. While there, she was a lifeguard and swim instructor. She is now the YMCA’s Senior Program Director, responsible for membership, Welcome Center and aquatics programs. She has a Master’s Degree in Education and has taught third and fourth grades. Jessie has lived in seven different states: Louisiana, Texas, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Wisconsin, Kentucky, and Georgia. Her two children participate in the Y’s childcare programs.

Abigail Allard
Membership & Engagement Director
Abigail brings 12 years of experience in non-profit management to the Berkshire Family YMCA. Abigail was a frequent attendee of the Youth Programs offered by the YMCA in her childhood, from attending swim lessons, after-school care and participating in YMCA sponsored camps. Abigail lived and studied in Germany for four years before moving back home to the Berkshires. Abigail in her free time enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband and two dogs.
